"Found gives its employees the autonomy to make the right decisions for the company. Since joining, I have been trusted as an expert in the domain of software engineering, and not just as a programmer implementing someone else's vision. Especially in this early stage in the company, we all have the unique opportunity to steer Found's direction in terms of design, engineering quality, accessibility, and architecture. Jenny and Lance are great coaches and are focused on creating a culture that is able to support each individual's goals organically. Of course, we are focused on growing a community in our user base, but also in our team.
